Job summary

SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is looking for a Field Services Coordinator to manage property preservation work orders from assignment through completion, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will review photos, reports, invoices, and other documentation for accuracy, track progress in company systems, and troubleshoot issues to keep work moving.

The role supports a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and offers remote and hybrid work options in several states.

Qualifications

• Property preservation or mortgage field services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous office, administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working with technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage property preservation work orders from assignment through completion.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Review photos, reports, invoices, and other documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Track work order progress and maintain accurate updates in company systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors and internal teams to find solutions.
