Qualifications

• Previous property preservation or REO experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle and equipment
• Ability to travel within your assigned service area
• Ability to complete work orders within required deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take clear, date-stamped before/during/after photos
• Good communication and responsiveness
• Ability to follow client scopes and photo requirements
• Must be dependable and able to handle multiple types of field service work

Responsibilities

• Property preservation and securing properties
• Lock changes and lockbox installation
• Grass cutting, lawn care, and overgrowth management
• Debris removal and cleanouts
• Winterization and de-winterization
• Property inspections (interior and exterior)
• Boarding and securing properties
• Minor repairs
• Roof tarping
• Eviction/trash-out assistance when applicable
• Snow removal
• Photos and property documentation
• Bid/estimate-related field work
• Other REO and vacant property preservation tasks
