Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Customer Support Manager in the Global Services group to manage day-to-day customer contracts and relationships for video solutions, including Mobile Video and Vehicle Intelligence. You will ensure contractual obligations are met, coordinate resources, and drive service delivery improvements across the customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, or Technology, or 5+ years in customer service management.
• Must be able to obtain a government background clearance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, and CMSO teams to manage customer engagement.
• Provide customers a single point of contact for contract management and SLA compliance.
• Manage service scope, deployment of field resources, and escalation processes.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documents like Customer Support Plans and SOWs.
