Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in lifecycle sustainment account management or 5+ years in customer support/account management for video solutions.
• Experience with video solutions such as Mobile Video or Vehicle Intelligence is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to manage contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for contract management and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success teams.
• Oversee execution of service agreements, deployment of field resources, and escalation processes.
• Maintain services scope per contract and ensure customers understand obligations.
• Provide ongoing reviews and reports on service requests and performance metrics.
