Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Customer Support Manager to lead day-to-day contract management and service delivery for our video solutions portfolio in North America. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

The role requires strong account-management and communication skills, with a focus on enabling end-to-end service delivery and identifying opportunities for value

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle sustainment account management or customer support in video solutions.
• Understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services is preferred.
• Experience with contract management tools and customer relationship practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and support teams across the customer engagement.
• Provide a single point of contact for contract management and SLA compliance.
• Execute service agreements, deploy field resources, and drive issue resolution.
• Manage service scope per contract and ensure customer obligations are met.
• Build trusted advisory relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date operational documents like SOWs and CSPs.
• Coordinate changes, releases, and upgrades with customers and internal teams.
