Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Providence, RI seeks a Video Customer Support Manager to oversee contract management and service delivery for Mobile Video and Vehicle Intelligence solutions. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO teams to ensure SLAs and renewals meet expectations.

The role demands strong account management, excellent communication, and the ability to drive improvements, coordinate resources, and identify upsell opportunities within the customer base.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field.
• Strong contract management and customer service experience preferred in video solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, and CMSO teams to manage contracts.
• Provide a single point of contact for contract management and ensure SLA compliance.
• Execute service agreements, deploy field resources, and manage escalation processes.
• Maintain service scope per contract and ensure customers understand obligations.
• Build trusted advisory relationships and drive end-to-end service delivery.
