Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Video Customer Support Manager in North America, based in Boston, MA. You will manage contracts and SLA compliance for video solutions, coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across a growing customer base.

In this senior role, you will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and continuous service improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships and leveraging Motorola resources

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle sustainment account management or 5+ years in customer support for video solutions.
• Understanding of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Familiarity with Oracle / SCDR / Q2SC tools for contract management.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to achieve contract renewal and services growth goals.
• Sales skills and ability to close service support opportunities.
• Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to manage customer engagements.
• Provide a single point of contact for contract management and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee service delivery, escalation, and resource deployment for contracts.
• Manage service scope per contract and ensure customers meet obligations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and drive end-to-end service delivery.
• Coordinate changes, upgrades, and implementation plans with technical resources.
• Monitor and report on service performance and issues within customer environments.
