Job summary

Instinct Science is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive enterprise opportunities, shaping solution design and product positioning throughout the sales lifecycle.

You will lead high-impact demonstrations, enable field teams, translate customer needs into clear business value, and support customer outcomes from initial engagement through implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Solutions Engineering or related pre-sales experience.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Veterinary industry experience.
• Strong presentation and storytelling with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex demonstrations and enterprise-level opportunities from discovery to close.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solution proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and demo narratives.
• Relay field insights to Product to influence roadmap priorities.
• Train new hires and maintain demo environments.
• Engage in on-site conferences and enterprise value assessments.
• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain industry trend awareness.
