Job summary

Quantum Metric, a remote-first leader in digital analytics, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support high-value North America sales. You will guide technical strategy, align the platform with strategic business goals, and engage with diverse stakeholders, from product teams to C-level executives.

You will design tailored demos, drive POC efforts, and collaborate with Account Executives and Engineering to secure enterprise deals while shaping the product roadmap with customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS/software sector.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals and align Quantum Metric’s platform with strategic business initiatives.
• Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align with high-level business outcomes.
• Lead complex proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for post-sales onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
