Instinct is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role in the United States. You will generate qualified pipeline by reaching out to veterinarians and veterinary groups, qualifying opportunities, and laying the groundwork for sales engagements.

In this role you will research prospects, initiate conversations via phone and email, educate on Instinct products, and partner with marketing to improve lead quality. Prior experience in SaaS or veterinary sales helps you excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication on phone and email.
• Strong track record of hitting activity KPIs.
• SaaS or healthcare/veterinary industry experience.
• Familiar with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Experience in high-velocity inside sales.

Responsabilités

• Research and target potential clients with the sales team.
• Initiate conversations via phone, email, and at trade shows.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Educate prospects on Instinct's products.
• Support onboarding experiments and provide product feedback.
