Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Veterinary Strategic and National Accounts Market Development Manager to expand Radiometer America’s business with corporate veterinary groups and distributors across the United States and Canada. You will build strategic relationships, develop national account plans, and drive device and consumables growth.

The role reports to the Senior National Manager of Specialty Markets and is fully remote, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years key/strategic account experience in veterinary capital equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed quota in complex multi-location sales cycles.
• 3+ years direct experience building distributor/channel business.
• Experience using CRM and BI platforms for account planning & forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Grow our installed base and market share within veterinary hospitals by strategic relationships.
• Work with managers to grow sales and develop corporate veterinary locations.
• Develop national account strategies grounded in workflows and hospital economics.
• Grow distributor-sourced pipeline and track progress from referral to placement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and commercial approaches.
