Job summary

Mascotte is seeking a dedicated remote front-desk coordinator for a U.S. veterinary clinic. You will be the client’s first voice, handling calls, scheduling visits, and guiding care with empathy from your home office.

You will partner with the veterinary team to build estimates, manage records, and ensure smooth communication with pet parents. This is a permanent, remote role with a focus on reliability and client care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of medical administration experience in a clinic or hospital, front desk, reception, or client care.
• Experience handling scheduling, confirmations, and patient communications in a veterinary setting.
• Fluent, professional English with evidence from prior phone-based roles serving English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer and initiate calls, texts, chats, and emails from pet parents with empathy and clarity.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm visits for the clinic.
• Explain services, triage inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups for care navigation.
• Build estimates and treatment plans in partnership with the veterinary team.
• Maintain accurate medical records, notes, and workflows.
