Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, part of Mars Science & Diagnostics, is seeking a Diagnostic Success Partner to grow customer utilization of our full portfolio. You will support current customers and align with regional teams to drive growth and ensure satisfaction.

This remote role requires residence in Texas; occasional travel up to 20%. You will leverage Salesforce, RingCentral, and MS Teams to manage accounts and communicate opportunities with hospitals and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or business field.
• 1–2 years experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician, or medical assistant.
• 2+ years sales or customer service in professional services (animal or human healthcare preferred).
• Knowledge of Diagnostic services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities with hospitals and partners.
• Maintain regular calls to customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with DSM/DSA and marketing on growth initiatives.
• Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to service accounts.
