Job summary

Antech is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive customer growth for our veterinary diagnostics portfolio from a Texas-based, remote position. You will collaborate with field sales, marketing and DSMs to identify opportunities, build relationships with hospitals and referral sources, and deliver superior service that enhances retention.

Responsibilities include outreach to identified customers, tracking territory performance, and using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field) or on-the-job experience in sales in a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
• 2+ years previous sales or customer service experience in a professional service industry (preferably in Animal Healthcare, Human Healthcare, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Determines the set of clients to focus growth efforts and works with field sales to achieve growth goals.
• Calls identified customers on a regular cadence to provide superior customer service and remains solution-driven.
• Monitors customer retention and reviews territory growth goals for opportunities or attrition risk.
• Coordinates with Marketing and Sales to target specific areas for customer growth and retention.
• Makes calls to hospitals to discuss opportunities and provide support, including in-person or virtual visits.
• Informs customers about Antech’s innovation efforts and products to grow utilization.
• Acts as SME across the product portfolio and supports DSOs/DSMs with training.
• Builds relationships with referral sources to connect DSMs with new business opportunities.
• Conducts pre-visit research to anticipate issues and enhance customer experience.
• Performs data collection, processing, modeling and analysis to identify opportunities.
• May participate in enterprise initiatives and special projects as assigned.
