Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Diagnostic Success Partner to expand customer utilization across AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables and reference labs. You will work with a region, support current customers, and will partner with the Diagnostic Sales Manager, DSAs and marketing to drive growth.

Essential duties include identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leveraging data to plan actions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant on‑the‑job sales experience.
• 1–2 years in veterinary/medical support roles is preferred.
• 2+ years sales or customer service in professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Grow customer utilization across AIS, Sound, IHD and reference lab products.
• Identify hospitals primed for growth and plan targeted outreach.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with DSM/DSA.
• Use CRM systems to track opportunities and outcomes; coordinate with marketing.
• Travel up to 20% in support of regional growth initiatives.
