Job summary

Antech Diagnostics understands that tomorrow starts with how we engage today. We seek an account-driven professional to grow our veterinary client base, retain customers, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand utilization of Antech products and services.

You will use CRM and other tools to analyze opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support hospital accounts. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected as part of a dynamic, pet-health focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience in a professional service industry.
• Knowledge of Diagnostic services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify target clients and partner with field sales to drive growth.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor retention and territory growth, identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with Marketing to target growth opportunities and programs.
• Provide product and program information to customers and serve as SME for Antech portfolio.
