Job summary

Antech is seeking a Diagnostic Sales Manager to cover a territory in the United States, primarily Arkansas. The role focuses on promoting Reference Lab services, in-house diagnostics, telemedicine, and imaging products, partnering with Equipment Specialists to drive growth.

The DSM serves as a trusted advisor, delivering training, strategy, and expert support to accelerate closures, renewals, and new business, while managing territory economics and CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience with a track record of prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and forecast territory growth.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement territory coverage plans for optimal account coverage.
• Conduct 85%+ in-person sales calls to vet and close deals with animal hospitals and veterinarians.
• Increase revenue for Reference Lab, imaging, and IHD by acquiring new accounts and upgrading existing ones.
• Advance sales to closure with appropriate approvals and manage contracts per process.
• Develop quarterly sales plans aligned to the compensation plan.
• Provide product education and service support for staff and seminars.
