Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, a Mars Science & Diagnostics company, seeks a Diagnostic Sales Manager in the Houston NW region including The Woodlands and surrounding areas. You will promote Antech Reference Lab services, In-house Diagnostics, Telemedicine, and Imaging systems to veterinary practices, driving growth and renewals.

The role requires field-based activity with 85%+ in-person visits, a strong focus on closing new business, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field preferred.
• 3+ years of successful field sales experience in veterinary diagnostics or related field preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills with proven ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Create territory coverage plans to optimize account coverage.
• Conduct in-person sales calls to promote and sell diagnostic services and equipment.
• Advance sales to contract closure and manage renewals with stakeholders.
• Provide product education and support for staff and veterinarians through trainings.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to grow new business.
