Job summary

Sharecare’s CareLinx unit seeks a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans programs by coordinating non-medical in-home respite and supportive care services. You’ll work with Veterans, families, and VA partners to guide caregiver search, interviews, and hires, ensuring hours align with program requirements.

You’ll provide ongoing support to promote continuity of care and satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, confidentiality, and empathy in a fast-paced call center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year in a productivity-based customer service role or two years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey via strong communication in a call center.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to families and caregivers.
• Document all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR.
• Collaborate professionally with team members across CareLinx.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email and text.
