CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans and their families with non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services. You will guide veterans through the caregiver search, interview, and hire process, ensuring alignment with authorized care hours and program rules.

You will act as a trusted liaison between Veterans, caregivers, and VA partners, providing ongoing support to promote continuity of care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college-level coursework preferred.
• At least one year in a productivity-based customer service role or call center environment; or two years in customer service.

Responsabilités

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication in a call center environment.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR.
• Collaborate professionally with team members across CareLinx.
