Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Senior Care Advisor for CareLinx to guide families through the caregiver search, hire, and retention process. The role emphasizes building rapport, answering benefit questions, and delivering exceptional service in a remote setting.

You will collaborate with enrollment teams, sustain relationships post-hire, and contribute to process improvements while thriving in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with relationship-building and communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to families and caregivers to ensure satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work with team members and other departments professionally.
