Job summary

CareLinx is looking for a Senior Care Advisor to assist with our payer operations and caregiver matching. This role focuses on guiding members through the caregiver search, building trust with families, and ensuring a high level of service both before and after caregiver hires.

You will work remotely, collaborate with enrollment and other teams, and strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining professional standards and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college coursework is preferred.
• Minimum six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships.
• Document notes of family and caregiver interactions in the EHR system.
• Work with team members professionally across CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and learn new business opportunities.
• Maintain a positive CareLinx representative presence to clients and colleagues.
• Take ownership of administrative tasks as needed.
• Identify trends affecting member experience during recruitment.
• Deescalate unhappy members and provide positive experiences.
• Suggest process improvements in collaboration with the team.
• Take on additional tasks for team benefit, including shadowing and pilots.
• Promote a positive team culture and support teammates.
• Meet and exceed performance goals per CareLinx guidelines.
