Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
• College's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
• 1+ Years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Possesses strong data entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to negotiate skillfully and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact responsible for management and growth of relationships with assigned customers.
• Creates and delivers solutions (configurations) to customers using appropriate tools and knowledge to price, quote and process requests.
• Provides education and technical guidance on vendor pricing programs, promotions and product alternatives.
• Builds customer relationships to market TD SYNNEX product portfolio and drive adoption of products and services.
• Negotiates terms including pricing, freight, return privileges, substitutions, and insurance.
• Collaborates with customers, colleagues and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues and escalates when necessary.
