Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Vendor Business Manager (IBM-HW) for the Caribbean Central America region to lead the IBM Power & Storage portfolio. The role aligns TD SYNNEX, IBM, and partners to generate demand, build a qualified pipeline, and drive profitable growth.

The successful candidate will blend commercial acumen with technology knowledge, manage the end-to-end plan, and grow the partner ecosystem. Venezuelan applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing, IS or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology distribution, vendor management, channel sales, systems integration, or IT product/solution management.
• Proficient in English for vendor communication and documentation.
• Experience with infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, data centers).
• Experience with distributors, channel partners, and systems integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial management of IBM Power & Storage portfolio including strategy, pricing, availability, forecasting and performance.
• Develop and execute annual business plan aligned with TD SYNNEX CCA and IBM priorities.
• Strengthen relationships with channel partners and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Drive demand-generation initiatives with IBM and partners (campaigns, events, training, webinars).
• Manage sales pipeline with follow-up on opportunities, quotes, negotiations and closures.
