Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Coordinator, Delegated Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team. This remote role, eligible for candidates in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX, reports to the Director, Network Contracting.

The base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 per year, with benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual bonuses. You will coordinate vendor-related projects and support cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with vendor management or program coordination.
• Experience with QA or Jira is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
