Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating with delegated vendors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with audits and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of services by vendors.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
