Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations to join our Workforce Management team. The role supports vendor management and operational improvements, driving efficiency across the program and instituting project management standards.

The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management and work in a fully remote role with Atlanta-based residence considered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks.
• 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives.
• Support implementations end to end to ensure success.
• Lead certain components of the program.
• Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Support end-to-end program efforts through planning, status updates, escalations and risks.
• Support tracking and monitoring of controls.
• Develop tools and standards to support programs year over year.
• Develop meeting materials and manage action items and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
