Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Coordinator, Delegated Vendor Management to support the Network Contracting team in Tempe. You will coordinate vendor-related projects, manage escalations, and help ensure compliance with program requirements.

You will report to the Director, Network Contracting. The role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week, including Thursdays for team meetings. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 annually, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with claim testing and QA (bonus).
• Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance (bonus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
