Job summary

Oscar Health in the United States is hiring a Coordinator, Delegated Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team. This remote role supports project work across Oscar's delegated vendors and reports to the Director, Network Contracting.

You will oversee program implementation, manage escalations, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring compliance with laws. Requires 2+ years of relevant experience; Jira familiarity and QA or ACA/health exchange knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Jira ticketing system.
• Experience with ACA/health exchange insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
