Job summary

Oscar is seeking a Coordinator, Delegated Vendor Management to join the Network Contracting team in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on managing vendor relationships, coordinating program tasks, and supporting project initiatives across stakeholders within a hybrid office schedule.

You will report to the Director of Network Contracting and ensure compliance with applicable laws while coordinating with vendors and project leads.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
