Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations to support our Workforce Management team. The role focuses on vendor management activities, operational improvements, and establishing program management standards across the organization.

You will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management and work remotely, with potential future hybrid options. The base pay ranges from $100,602 to $132,040 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, creating dashboards and playbooks.
• 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives.
• Support end-to-end implementations to ensure success.
• Lead selected components of the program.
• Partner with departments and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop project plans, track status, escalate issues, and manage risks.
• Monitor controls and ensure compliance with policies.
• Create tools and standards to support programs year over year.
• Prepare meeting materials and follow up on actions.
