Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Vendor Product Analyst to strengthen vendor operations and O2C experiences in the United States. This remote role offers visibility across business operations, technology, and vendor relationships.

You’ll drive vendor initiatives, translate needs into actionable requirements, and help scale intelligent tooling on the Pax8 marketplace. Ideal candidates bring project management, vendor management, and API integration experience, with a Bachelor’s degree and comfort working across

• Experience in project management, operations, business analysis or vendor management.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor product changes from planning through delivery, including pricing and integrations.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for vendors after onboarding.
• Translate needs into requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Improve order‑to‑cash processes and drive automation where applicable.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Support and other teams.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate timelines and risks clearly.
