Pax8 is hiring a remote Vendor Product Analyst in the United States to strengthen vendor operations, integrations, and order-to-cash experiences across our intelligent technology marketplace. You’ll own vendor initiatives, translate needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering, and collaborate across multiple teams to move priorities forward.

You’ll focus on vendor product changes, onboarding as the primary contact for operational questions, and improving end-to-end order-to-cash

Qualifications

• Substantial experience across project management, operations, business analysis, vendor management, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to facilitate productive meetings and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Hands-on exposure to API integrations and understanding of systems exchanges.
• Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, or Asana.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor product changes from planning to delivery, including additions, pricing updates, and integration changes.
• Serve as primary contact for operational questions and escalated issues after onboarding.
• Translate vendor needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
• Improve order-to-cash experiences to be more reliable and scalable.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Support, and other teams.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate timelines, decisions, risks, and readiness.
• Investigate platform issues and coordinate bug resolution.
• Identify high-friction processes and implement automation or AI-enabled workflows.
• Support long-term vendor success with smooth handoffs and lifecycle management.
