Pax8 is seeking a Vendor Product Analyst in the United States to strengthen vendor operations, integrations, and order-to-cash experiences across our intelligent technology marketplace. You’ll own vendor initiatives, translate needs for Product and Engineering, and collaborate across teams to improve reliability and scalability of the vendor lifecycle.

This remote US role offers growth into vendor integrations management and leadership across vendor programs, with compensation between $70,000

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project management, operations, or business analysis.
• Ability to translate needs between business and engineering.
• Experience with API integrations and vendor ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Jira, Wrike or Asana.

• Lead vendor product changes from planning to delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor operations questions and issues.
• Translate vendor needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering.
• Improve order-to-cash experiences and scalability.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Support.
• Communicate timelines, decisions, risks, and readiness.
• Investigate issues and drive bug resolution.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI-enabled workflows.
• Support long-term vendor success through collaboration with the Vendor Launch team.
