Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Vehicle Services Administrator to support the claim administration process remotely across the United States. You will enter new vehicle claims from multiple channels, monitor queues, and provide accurate, timely processing with a customer-first mindset.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong Excel and computer skills, and exemplary customer service as you liaise with clients, insureds, claimants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of prior administrative office experience preferred in insurance.
• Knowledge of V-Tech application preferred.
• Good typing and 10-key skills.
• Strong computer skills with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Must complete Crawford Educational Services continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enter and monitor vehicle claims from multiple channels; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide service to clients, insureds and claimants as a primary contact.
• Manage assignment queues, reassign files as needed, resolve transmission/workflow issues.
• Process invoice approvals, corrections, and routing per client instructions.
• Ensure correct routing of invoices and attached documents; process corrections.
• Monitor transmission queue errors and assist management with reports as needed.
• Support management with reports or other duties as assigned.
