Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a remote-based Manager, Veeva CRM Platform to lead Veeva Vault CRM and related systems. This full-time role focuses on platform strategy, governance, and client solutions for biopharma clients.

You will shape roadmaps, manage backlogs, build integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant CRM services across the Amplity client base. US-based candidates preferred, visa sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CRM/tech experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault CRM or Veeva CRM experience (Vault Lign, Network, OpenData, Engage, Approved Email a plus).
• Experience leading CRM implementations, platform administration, or managed services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define Veeva Vault platform vision and roadmaps aligned with client strategy.
• Lead client solution design for implementations on Veeva Vault CRM and related products.
• Establish governance for platform config, security, releases, and compliance.
• Build integrations with other client systems and analytics environments.
• Develop operating procedures, playbooks, and service accelerators.
