Veeva Systems is a remote-friendly, full-time role seeking consultants to implement Vault CRM for life sciences customers. You will partner with clients to ensure full usage of the solution, perform system solutioning, user setup, and troubleshooting without coding.

Formación

• 3+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Ability to present to senior leaders clearly.
• Strong solution design and product knowledge of Vault CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customers in requirements gathering aligned with best practices.
• Articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying levels.
• Develop and leverage Vault platform expertise.
• Plan, manage, and execute build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify interdependencies across client workstreams.
• Plan after-go-live activities and ongoing support.
• Act as Trusted Advisor with proactive optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated on product releases and how features interact with the client footprint.
