Amplity Health is seeking a remote-based Manager, Veeva CRM Platform, to lead platform strategy, delivery, governance, and innovation for our Veeva capabilities in the US. This senior role collaborates with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive scalable CRM solutions.

You will define roadmaps, manage backlogs, ensure security/compliance, and shepherd managed services across client engagements, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of CRM, commercial platforms, or commercial technology in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• 5+ years hands-on with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM, including product management
• Experience leading CRM implementations, managed services, or large-scale programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders
• Willingness to operate in US time zones; preference for EST/Central time
• Knowledge of governance, security, and validation best practices

Responsabilités

• Define the Veeva Vault CRM platform vision and roadmap.
• Lead solution design for client implementations on Veeva Vault CRM and related products.
• Standardize deployment templates, playbooks, and reusable accelerators.
• Build integrations with data lakes, analytics environments, and related services.
• Establish governance for platform configuration, security, releases, and compliance.
• Develop and promote Veeva managed services offerings and pricing inputs.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and production readiness; manage validation activities.
• Own the AI roadmap and pilot initiatives for Vault capabilities.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Lead budgeting, KPI planning, and team development for platform operations.
