You will work remotely from the United States with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or compliance.
• Experience with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001; audits and evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee Security Program Platform and governance processes.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and security risk mitigation.
• Mentor Security & Compliance Analysts as the team grows.
