Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in a remote, United States‑based role to lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients.

This role will act as a senior compliance expert within the Cybersecurity Services team, partnering with clients, executive leadership, security operations, and internal analysts to strengthen security programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks incl. NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits/evidence mgmt.
• Experience with risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk, cyber insurance, and GRC/compliance automation platforms.
• Client-facing communication with executives; oversee multiple engagements and evaluate controls across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking, and identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks and governance processes.
• Conduct risk assessments, matrixing, remediation tracking, and policy development.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, strategy, roadmaps, and executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure contractual security commitments are fulfilled.
• Oversee framework crosswalks, maturity scoring, and annual security summaries.
