Job summary

Kinetix is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead multi-framework compliance programs, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting for clients, collaborating with security operations and internal analysts.

You will guide AI governance, policy development, and remediation planning while coaching Security & Compliance Analysts as the team grows. A strong governance background and client-facing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Provide vCISO advisory services, risk reporting, and executive-level guidance to clients.
• Translate complex security risks into actionable recommendations and drive remediation planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance programs, policies, audit prep, and evidence collection.
• Oversee Security Program Platform governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks for clients.
