Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead multi-framework compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients from a remote, US-based role. The role partners with executives, security operations, and internal analysts to strengthen security programs and meet contractual obligations.

Ideal candidates combine deep governance, risk, and compliance expertise with strong client-facing leadership and practical technical knowledge

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments across multiple frameworks.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical, and organizational skills for executive stakeholders.
• Experience with MSP/MSSP or consulting delivering vCISO or advisory services.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct gap assessments, framework crosswalks, maturity evaluations, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee the Security Program Platform and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Manage internal and client risk assessments, third-party risk, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Advise on AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
