Job summary

Kinetix is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, US-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and executive reporting across major frameworks and assist clients in maturing security postures.

Responsibilities include policy development, audit readiness, evidence collection, and collaboration with security ops and client teams. Active CISSP and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, risk management or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing and strong framework knowledge.
• Experience with audits, evidence management and compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Manage third-party risk, vendor due diligence, and cyber insurance questions.
• Provide vCISO advisory, strategy roadmaps, and executive reporting.
