Kinetix Technology Services, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients from a remote US-based role. You will coordinate with executives, security teams, and analysts to strengthen programs and align with frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.

The role emphasizes governance, client-facing leadership, and practical risk guidance, including AI governance and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, third-party risk, cyber insurance, and compliance.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to advise executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessments and remediation tracking for clients.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive-level reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and security risk management for clients.
• Coordinate with security operations on incident response and remediation.
• Support pre-sales engagements and service expansions.
