Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a remote Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager based in the United States to lead multi-framework security programs, risk initiatives, and advisory services for clients. You will drive governance, risk, and compliance across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001 while providing executive-level risk reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits.
• Experience with risk assessments, third-party risk, and compliance evidence management.
• Excellent client-facing communication and executive advisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives, including risk assessments and audit preparation.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes across multiple frameworks.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, and executive reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks for clients.
• Coordinate with security operations on incident response and remediation activities.
• Mentor Security & Compliance Analysts as the team grows.
