Job summary

Kinetix is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple frameworks, guide AI governance, and provide executive risk reporting.

In this senior role, you will mentor the Security & Compliance Analysts, collaborate with clients, and ensure continual compliance across standards like NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or regulatory compliance.
• Experience mapping controls to multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Ability to manage risk assessments, vendor risk, and third-party due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional cybersecurity compliance programs and risk initiatives.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking across frameworks.
• Guide AI governance and responsible adoption with security policies.
