Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients, including vCISO guidance and executive-level risk reporting.

The role requires deep governance, risk, and compliance expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex risks into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits, evidence management, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party risk, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and remediation tracking.
• Oversee Service delivery and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
