Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to drive the adoption of new vascular therapies within the Northern California, Oregon, and Washington region. The role requires training, educating, and selling to healthcare professionals while building business and meeting sales targets.

You will train staff on new products, manage accounts, and maintain strong relationships with physicians and key stakeholders to improve outcomes and expand market presence.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years’ experience in sales or medical devices.
• Associate’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience in sales/medical devices.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience in sales/medical devices.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets.
• Drive adoption of vascular therapies across the territory by effective sales strategies.
• Train medical staff on new products and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and KOLs.
• Plan and execute territory sales plans to achieve objectives.
• Manage expenses and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
