Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Rep to drive adoption of vascular therapies across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This remote role requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple accounts with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include training medical staff, meeting sales targets, and developing new accounts while maintaining compliant, ethical territory management practices. The role emphasizes product knowledge and effective customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years’ experience or equivalent combinations.
• Associate’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Planning and results orientation to meet and exceed targets and budgets.
• Influence and selling: build relationships with key decision makers and drive adoption.
• Customer service: educate customers, handle requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Communication: collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to meet targets.
