Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Therapy Development Rep to drive adoption of new vascular therapies across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This remote role requires a valid driver’s license and frequent travel to accounts in the territory.

You will train medical staff on new products, develop sales plans, and manage territory with an emphasis on growth, ethics, and compliance. A strong background in medical devices and healthcare is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred; USA work authorization considerations noted.
• Experience in hospital/OR settings and proven track record in new product launches are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets (AOP, budget, account development).
• Drive adoption of vascular therapies across territory by training and selling.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and KOLs to drive therapy adoption.
• Educate customers on new products and features; ensure effective utilization.
